NB.You can only send a text message from a prepaid Thuraya SIM to a GSM network with an SMS agreement with Thuraya (please note that this means there are some networks that will not receive an SMS if you attempt to send them). You can receive text messages and calls from GSM networks.

Renewal Details
- The renewal fee is automatically deducted from your prepaid balance
- If enough balance is not found in your account, a grace period of 90 days is granted. In this period your account will be automatically renewed if you refill your account with the required amount. Note: You will not be able to make calls during this grace period, however you will be able to receive calls. The account is finally closed (deactivated) at the end of the grace period if no (or not enough) credit is applied.

- NOVA SIM will not work whilst roaming onto the GSM networks, the SIM will only work whilst using the Thuraya Satellite Service.
- This tariff was revised 14 October 2013, SIM cards activated prior to 14 October 2013 GmPRS activation fee of 25 units applies and there may be minor variance to some other call rates. It is possible to transfer a SIM card activated prior to this date to the new tariff for a fee of 20 units

The SatSleeve Hotspot App is available as a free download from the App Store or from Google Play. Our app is available in 12 languages.
This App is applicable for SatSleeve Hotspot and SatSleeve+ only and not for previous SatSleeve models.
Enhanced Safety Features
SatSleeve Hotspot comes equipped with an SOS call button that works even if the smartphone isn’t connected. The SOS button will make an outgoing call to a predefined number set by the user or receive an incoming call.

Built-in compression
To increase the speed when loading websites, the SatSleeve Hotspot can be used with 3 different access points (APNs). Select either high compression (no images will be downloaded for fastest website loading), low compression (images will be compressed), or no compression (full website content will be loaded). Depending on your requirements, select the most suitable APN in the GmPRS settings on your Thuraya SatSleeve Hotspot.
