- Minimum requirements for Iridium Push To Talk service is at least 1 talk group of two handsets.
- The maximum talk groups a handset can have assigned is 15.
- The talk group size is related to the total area covered by it. The talk groups coverage may be split in up to 10 different regions.
The included “monthly usage allowance (minutes)” only includes usage of the PTT talk group service.Activating a handset on Push To Talk will only provide them service in Push To Talk and not in the standard Iridium Voice or Data service. It’s free to add talk groups to a handset.
