In the event that the phone or SIM number provided are not valid, deactivated or we have not supplied, we will be unable to process your topup. We will supply a new SIM card which needs to be activated within one month of receipt of it.

Rush Topup Processing

Rush Topup Processing:We will endeavour to process the topup within 90 minutes during business hours, outside of business hours within 6 hours.If we fail to meet these deadlines the order will still be processed as soon as possible but the rush fee will be waived.This charge will not be waived for erroneous orders and orders for SIM cards we have not supplied.

In the event that the details provided are not valid, the SIM is deactivated or we have not provided the SIM, a new SIM card will automatically be sent to the billing address for your topup order. This SIM card will need to be activated within one month of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Inmarsat have changed the validity on their prepaid plans, current plans are available whilst stocks last and cannot be be guaranteed until credit is loaded.

IsatPhone Prepaid Topup:

100 Units valid for 90 days (Equivalent to 66 mins of calls to cellular/landlines after 22nd July 2019)
250 Units valid for 180 days (Equivalent to 166 mins of calls to cellular/landlines after July 22nd 2019)
500 Units valid for 365 days (Equivalent to 333 mins of calls to cellular/landlines after July 22nd 2019)
1000 Units valid for 365 days (Equivalent to 666 mins of calls to cellular/landlines after July 22nd 2019)
2500 Units valid for 365 days (Equivalent to 1666 mins of calls to cellular/landlines after July 22nd 2019)
5000 Units valid for 365 days (Equivalent to 3333 mins of calls to cellular/landlines after July 22nd 2019)
Validity is not cumulative, remaining minutes will have their validity extended to be inline with expiry of the last completed topup.
