Rush Processing Available

Standard Processing within two business days, but often faster.
Rush Processing we will endeavour to process the balance check within 90 minutes during business hours, outside of business hours within 6 hours. If we fail to meet these deadlines the order will still be processed as soon as possible but the rush fee will be waived. This charge will not be waived for erroneous orders and orders for SIM cards we have not supplied.

Checking your Prepaid Balance

All balance checks from the handset/terminal require the unit to be outdoors with an unobstructed view of the sky!

Dial 2888 and press the green call button. You will then hear an automated message alerting to your current balance and how much longer your credit will be valid for.	*Dial 151#** and press the green call key. You will receive a message displayed on the screen with your current balance (please note that Thuraya quote the unit balance as $) and validity period	Dial 591 to hear your balance. To see your balance on screen dial *106# Wait a moment and your current balance and validity date will be displayed on the screen	Dial 591 from the handset You will then hear an automated message alerting to your current balance and how much longer your credit will be valid for.	*Dial 888** from the Globalstar phone System prompts for 4-digit Passcode. Passcode is set on initial use Select 2 to hear balance

Tips and Extra Info
† GPS – If the handset needs a GPS fix you do not need to do anything other than leave the handset in an area with an unobstructed view of the sky in all directions down to the horizon for at least 20 minutes
