Government issued photo ID is required for all purchases (such as driving licence or passport)
Our office is located at 1st Floor, 207 Regent Street, London W1B 4ND. We are on Regent Street between the junctions of Conduit Street and Maddox Street, our office entrance is between the shop Camper and shop Kipling.
We are located between Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus tube stations and close to many bus stops.
Post-paid airtime requires signing of a service agreement, proof of ID and address, plus a credit check. It may not be possible to do this during your visit so if this is what you require it may be best to complete the admin in advance.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Business, Corporate, Purchasing, World & Signia cards are subject to 1% surcharge
Cards issued not issued within an EU member state are subject to 1.5% surcharge.
Cards without ‘Chip & PIN’ are subject to 1% surcharge (surcharge applies to ‘Chip & Signature’).
Chip-less cards may not be accepted.
Surcharges are cumulative, several may apply
We do not accept cheques.

Retail Export VAT refund scheme:
If your usual place of residence is outside the EU we can provide you a VAT refund form to be presented to customs at your departure from the EU. You will need to prove your eligibility at the time of purchase by presenting a passport or driving licence as proof of your place of residence. Items must be must be exported from the EU by the last day of the third month following that in which the goods were purchased.
We do not accept returns, all sales are final.
